Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following TOS:- Payment via Paypal only. No refunds.
-Only if youre from Mexico: Puedo aceptarte transferencia, el dolar lo tomo a 19.50 pesos!-Extra character will have +80% cost.
-If the comission have 3 or more characters then instead of 80% more cost it will be 60% extra cost for each.-I will only start the comission once the payment is done.
or atleast 70% of the comission worth.-All comissions have the right of a flat color background for free.- It may take me up to 2 months to finish the commission. Unless it is a priority commission then it will be completed within the agreed deadline.- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.-Add the littlehuskyowo.carrd.co/ link when you credit me!- You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.-Finished comissions will be sent throught email.-You have to save your comission files.
I am not responsible if you lost the files. a month after the comission I will probably delete the files from my email and devices.- If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it may cost extra.-You will not use art to make money in any way.- You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.-I'm also allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to give me the PNG files. If you'd like me to draw it and don’t have the files. I will charge extra for the details.- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks or in events.- I have the right to decline a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it.✓ I Do: Sonic/Mobian Style, OCs, Anthro, Roblox avatars, Minecraft Avatars, light Gore, Humans, Selfship Art.
✕ I Don’t: NSFW/fetish, Hard Gore, Backgrounds, Robots, Mecha/Armor, Realistic Art.
